3-Step Measuring Magic
No tape measure? Use these!
Step 1: Find Your Base Size
Men: T-shirt size = Kov Rei size
(Your comfy cotton tee? That's your size here)
Women: Jeans waist +2 sizes
(Outdoor layers need breathing room!)
Step 2: The "Fist Test" for Layers
- Wear your thickest hiking sweater
- Make a fist
- Slide fist between body and jacket:

- Easy slide → Perfect!
- Tight squeeze → Size up
- Gap over 3 fingers → Size down
Step 3: Backpack Torso Match
Measure spine from C7 bone (neck bump) to hip crest
(No ruler? Use a phone charger cord!)
Match length:
- <43cm (17") → XS/S
- 43-48cm (17-19") → M/L
- 48cm (19") → XL
