We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new or lightly used condition.

You have 30 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. Returns must be requested within 30 days.
The following cases qualify for a full refund (without returning the item):
- Orders lost in transit
- Items with confirmed physical damage or functional flaws
- Products that significantly differ from website descriptions
The following cases qualify for a refund after returning the item:
- New or lightly used items in resalable condition (unused or opened products in original packaging)
- Incorrect items shipped by Kov Rei (return shipping covered by us)
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Orders shipped to a customer‑provided incorrect address
- Custom‑made items or final‑sale discounted products
Returned items must be shipped within 10 days after you receive a return authorization number.
No restocking fees apply to any return.
We do not accept returns sent back without a proper return authorization request.
Return shipping costs are as follows:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item): we cover return shipping.
- If you change your mind: you pay return shipping.
Order cancellations:
- Pre‑shipment: full refund if canceled within 24 hours.
- Post‑shipment: you may refuse delivery for a refund minus shipping fees.
Exchanges: Available for the same product in a different color or finish. Customer covers all shipping costs.
Note: If none of the above conditions are met, we regret that we cannot process a refund or exchange even if the items have been mailed back to us.

- A prepaid shipping label (only if the return is due to our error)
4. Ship back – Pack items in original packaging. Ship within 10 days of the authorization date. Please double‑check your return package before shipping. We are not responsible for items that are not from Kov Rei.
5. Get refund – After warehouse inspection, most refunds are processed within 3 days. We will issue the refund to your original payment method.
